How long does delivery take?
- 3 to 5 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. 
- 5 to 7 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.
- 7 to 10 working days for international deliveries.

Orders made after 9am will be processed on the next business day. A notification email containing your order tracking details will be sent to you once the item is sent for shipping.

What if I am not in at the time of delivery?
You must ensure you will be available to accept delivery at the Delivery Address on the delivery date as agreed between you and Naelofar.com. If you are not available and re-delivery is required, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery. Where re-delivery is required because you were not available at the agreed time, you consent to paying additional Delivery Fees as required by the Delivery Agent.

How to get my Naelofar delivered in a GO FAR delivery box?
Get your Naelofar delivered in a GO FAR delivery box when you spend a minimum of RM200 in a SINGLE receipt. You may still get it delivered in the GO FAR delivery box even when you spend less than RM200 by simply topping up RM9 to include it. You may do so at the checkout session. *This is currently available only for order via my.naelofar.com (Malaysia Store).

Please note that item below is not eligible for a Go Far delivery box and will not be shipped in one due to its dimension.

- All sejadah(s)
- All Bags -- except Liberte Bag Wanita, Lanyard, Wristlet
- All products exceeding the dimension of the Delivery Box.

How do I get my order shipped in The Gift Box?

For an additional charge of RM19, you may opt to deliver your order in the The Gift Box. Comes with a customised Naelofar ribbon and a card, that you can personalized on your own.

Please note that there will be a limit to the number of items that can be packed into the box due to its dimension. Once the box is packed to the maximum number of items, the remaining items will be packed separately from the box.

*Big items such as bags, telekung, clothings and sejadah are not included in this offer.
