At Naelofar, we strive to ensure every package brings you happiness. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. |
Non-returnable items
While most of our products can be returned with no questions asked, the following items are not eligible for return and refund:
• Items purchased during sale or with vouchers
• Inners, innerwear, instant hijabs, scrunchies, hand socks and face masks (due to hygiene reasons)
• Fragrances, hijab mist, hand sanitiser, wipes and personalised products
• Delivery boxes, gift box and packaging materials
Return Conditions
Follow these simple steps to make your return & refund journey with us a smooth one! :
• All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, without having been worn, used, washed or altered, and with tags and labels still attached.
• Returns must be made within 14 days from from the date the parcel was delivered.
• The item is not in the non-returnable category.
Other Terms & Conditions
• We reserve the right to reject any returns and request for refund at our sole discretion.
• Late refund requests received will not be entertained and the decision made by the company final and subject for further appeal.
