• Ensure new product samples are prepared for Management approval in a timely manner for range reviews.
• Manage and assist in production fittings pre and post production to ensure garments fits properly and are produced according to plans and expectations.
• Test and ensure proper fit, material quality and colour accuracy for all samples and final products.
Sourcing and Supplier/Vendor Management
• Assist in the sourcing for all materials and factories in order to fulfil assortment requirements.
• Support in prepare reasonable costing and a variety of options for product development.
• Tactful in negotiating with manufacturing partners to ensure good relations and best commercial terms.
Timeline Management
• Keeping track of each production process and ensuring it follows the determined timeline to ensure timeliness to launch dates provided.
• Follow up with forwarders and Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to plan for timely delivery of goods according to production and launch plans

Quality Control and Administrative Control
